Colin Kihnke is the Founder, President and visionary force behind CMK Companies. Colin founded the business in 1995, and his steadfast commitment to the company’s principles has established CMK’s reputation as an innovator, and continues to fuel its award-winning portfolio.
Scott Hoskins
Scott Hoskins joined CMK Companies in 1999 and co-founded CMK Realty with Colin Kihnke in 2000. As President and Managing Broker at CMK Realty, Scott plays a vital role in the company’s model for collaboration. Through his leadership in sales and marketing, he facilitates the seamless integration of all aspects of developing a successful real estate project.
Sarah Bedford
Sarah Bedford joined CMK in 2010. As Chief Financial Officer, she assists in all strategic and tactical matters relating to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling and reporting, forecasting needs and the securing of financing.
Prasan Kale
Prasan Kale joined CMK in 2015 and as Director of Development he is responsible for the company’s design, development and construction programs. Prasan also supports potential acquisition and development efforts, furthering CMK’s commitment to visionary and innovative projects.
